21 Oct A user-friendly Project Management Tool will help you save time and stay on track.
When I started out, more experienced VAs suggested I should use a Project Management Tool.
Since I had just one or two clients, I thought.. well I can handle them using my email account and folders. Then I realized there was so much emailing back and forth and countless files to be stored. Even with few clients, some projects seemed overwhelming, and I ran the risk of losing important information.
I had to do something about it.
I started to explore Asana. Now I couldn’t do without it.
I find it very user-friendly and helpful. And it’s free for teams up to 15.
It helps me save time and keep my projects and goals on track.
I set up a “team” for each of my clients and invite them to be members of the team. Unlimited projects can be created for the same client (Website updating, Social Media, Newsletter..).
Each member can enter tasks and comments directly into it. Tasks can be assigned to each member, and due dates can be set.
Instead of sending emails back and forth, we share notes, conversations, attachments. All relevant communications and files are in just one place.
The Pro version has additional features but for small teams’ needs, the free version is more than enough.
If you wish to save time and stay organized I really encourage you to take a look.
